Heritage

In 2002, Pharos Institute was founded in Sydney, Australia, as an organisational and executive coaching firm and an evidence-based informed practice. Pharos Institute developed its market presence and client base in all major cities around Australia & New Zealand. In 2007, we started operating in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. We developed a large pool of accredited consultants who are trained based on our structured Organisational Coaching Development Program (OCDP).


In 2014, we obtained the only nationally Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) accredited Diploma of Executive Coaching for Personal Development.
